Lau, Richard V. Age 78 of Minnetonka passed away April 16, 2020. He was preceded in death by parents Julius and Elizabeth Lau. Survived by wife of 55 years Gayle (Russell), three children, Anthony, Valerie (husband Casey Nygren) and Douglas (wife Denise), and 7 grandchildren - Genna, Lucas, Jeron, Julia, Gwen, Gabe and Emma. Richard was an engineer with the MN Dept of Transportation for 38 years. He loved roads, maps, traveling, bowling, chess, country music, history and the Bible. He always had a smile for everyone. He has gone home to be with Jesus. A Celebration of Life service will be held on June 20th, 10 am at Redeemer Bible Church, 16205 MN-7, Minnetonka. No reception to follow.
