Slatter, Ruth Ann (Joslin) 3/30/1932 - 5/31/2020 Survived by 5 children Darrell Niemann, Linda (Niemann) Heubach, Diana (Niemann) Evensen, Karen (Slatter) Scott, and Gary Slatter; 15 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. Preceded by her loving husband, Boyd Whitney Slatter. Ruth was born in Chalk Hills, MI but spent most of her adult life in St. Louis Park, MN. She was a high-school graduate, reader, gardener, entrepreneur, painter, and funny lady. At 88 and 2 months, Ruth succumbed to COVID-19. She will be laid to rest at Fort Snelling. A memorial service is not currently planned. She will be missed. Photo is at age 33, when Ruth started working for Sears Drapery.
