Schuurman, Douglas Age 64 of Northfield, passed away February 15, 2020. For thirty-four years, Schuurman was a distinguished teacher and scholar in the Religion Department at St. Olaf College. Survivors include his wife, Kathy; daughters, Sarah Schuurman of Alexandria, VA, Krista (Paul) Marino of Falcon Heights, Laura (Ed) Rasmussen of Sydney, Australia; his grandson, Noah Clymer; and 4 siblings. A celebration of Doug's life will be held at 11:00AM, Saturday, June 27, 2020, at St. John's Lutheran Church, 500 W. 3rd St., Nfld.
