Bias, Sherry L. (Theisen) Age 81. Passed away Tuesday, October 29, 2019. Loving mother, grandmother and friend passed away at the age of 81. She was preceded in death by parents, Frank and Norma Theisen, husband James J Bias, sister Jane McNamara, and brother-in-law Jerry Ruona. Sherry is survived by son James R. Bias (Jodie), granddaughters Ramona Bias and Samantha Bias, sisters Mary (Robert) Fayfield and Phoebe Ruona, brother-in-law, Mike McNamara and special friend Dick Merten. Born on December 30, 1937 in Lacrosse, WI, Sherry graduated from Academy of Holy Angels, attended St. Catherine University and earned a teaching degree. She married Jim Bias on December 30, 1961. Sherry taught many children throughout her career and was Miss Sherry on the Romper Room TV show in the 60's and 70's. Sherry had great passion for her family and friends. She had boundless creative energy and joy throughout her life. Mass of Christian Burial will take place at 10:30 am on Friday, November 8th at St. Vincent De Paul Catholic Church (9100 93rd Ave N, Brooklyn Park, MN 55445) with visitation beginning at 9:30 am.
