Riedel, Richard J. "Dick" Age 73, of Apple Valley, MN (formerly of Bloomington) passed away peacefully in his sleep October 18, 2019. Dick was a graduate of Roosevelt High School in Minneapolis and finished top of his class at St. Mary's School of Nursing. Survived by loving wife of 50 years, Cathy; children: Julianne, Alison (Jay), Molly (Robert) and Michael (Hillary); beloved grandchildren: William, Aaron, Millie and Alice; siblings: Barbara (Gilbert) and Robert; and niece, Cristina. A celebration of Dick's life will be held at the Cremation Society of Minnesota, 7110 France Avenue South, Edina, MN Tuesday, October 29 at 11:00 a.m. with visitation thirty minutes prior. Private family interment.
