Funeral service will be held on Friday, Sept. 20, 2019, 2:00 pm at Parker Kohl Funeral Home, 1725 Lyndale Ave. N., Faribault. Interment at Maple Lawn Cemetery. Visitation on Friday from 12:00 to 2:00 p.m. Joe was Director of Consulting Services for Enterprise Consulting in Edina.
