Jonnes, Orville Age 97 of Richfield, MN died peacefully Sun., August 18th at the Christian Community Home in Hudson, WI. Orville was born on August 17, 1922 in Minneapolis, MN to Andrew and Marie Jonnes. He attended Edison High School in Minneapolis and joined the United States Coast Guard after high school. Orville was 29 years old when he married Doris Selma Hansen on June 9th, 1951. He is survived by his daughters Debbie (Steve) Morris, Charlene (Tom) Holland, and Lisa (Carey) Higgins; grandchildren, Cassandra (TJ) Minnehan, Peter (Jacqueline) Holland, Cayla (Alex) Rouleau, Jack Holland, Taylor (Natalie) Higgins, Kristen Higgins, Erica Higgins, and Spencer Higgins; step-grandchildren, Matthew (Melody) Morris, Joshua (Kari) Morris, and Timothy Morris; five great-grandchildren; eight step-great-grandchildren, many nieces and nephews; and friends. He is preceded in death by his beloved wife, Doris; his siblings and parents. A memorial service will be held at Cedar Valley Church, 8600 Bloom-ington Ave S, Bloomington, MN on Sat., August 24th at 10:30am, with a visitation from 9:30am-10:30am. In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to ICCM Life Center.
