Jahr, Susan K. (nee Gabbert) 69, of St. Louis Park, formerly of Minnetonka, passed away Monday, July 8, 2019. She loved plants, flowers, her cats Buddy and Tiger, and the MN Vikings. Preceded in death by parents, Ken and Connie Gabbert; daughter-in-law, Andrea. Survived by sons, Andrew and Nathan (Tiffany); granddaughter, Tatum; sister, Lucy Langhoff-Myren (Steve Myren); special friend, Jane Hanson; other friends and relatives.
