Proctor, James D. and Deborah J. (nee Williams) James (10/12/48 - 8/6/18) and Deborah (11/18/51 - 1/8/17) will be laid to rest at Fort Snelling on October 12, 2018 at 1:45 p.m. They are survived by their children, James C. Proctor and Nora Lindgren (Dennis), and grandchildren, Sasha Proctor and Magnus Lindgren. They are fondly remembered by many other family members, friends, colleagues, and neighbors. Their love for, and dedication to, each other was truly without limits and this carried them through good times and bad. Those who remember them are invited to gather after the services at their daughter's home in Hudson WI.
