Ahlquist, Gary L. Age 79 passed away peacefully June 3rd, 2018 after a long battle with Parkinsons. Gary was born in NE Mpls, attended Edison High School and Macalester College. He taught 30 years in the Robbinsdale School District. Preceded in death by daughter, Amy Ahlquist; and wife, Karen. Survived by daughters, Emily (John Isbirian) Ahlquist, Kate (Marcus) Onsum; grandchildren, Ayden, Austin, Anders, Kaia, and Davin; sister, Karen (Alan) Barfuss; brother, Keith (Sue) Ahlquist. He is also survived by step-daughters, Kari (Jeff) Sakariason and Carla (Dwayne) Smith; step-grandchildren, Chris, Jaimie, and Carly. Private services.
