Torgerson, David G. Age 83, of New Brighton, passed away at his residence on Monday, April 9th, 2018. David lived life the way he wanted to. Always in search of his next outdoor adventure; he climbed mountains, skied, camped, hunted and fished. David had a never ending love for the arts especially theater and William Shakespeare. Until the very end, he loved reading books and learning languages. Most recently he was learning Spanish. He never wanted to stop learning. Preceded in death by his first wife, Karin; parents, Sverre & Ruth (Andersen); and brother, Richard (Marianne). Survived by children, Lynn (Brian Hemera), Erik, and Kim DelMonico; grandchildren, Paige, Jimmy, Samantha, Britta, and Greyson; brother, Sheldon (Marge); ex-wife, Pam Flaherty; many nieces and nephews.
