Blanchard, Roger A. age 91 of Burnsville passed away peacefully surrounded by his family on March 23, 2018. Preceded in death by his brothers: Malby, Bob, Jerome, Steve, Hurley Jr. and Dave; sister, Margaret Sovia. Survived by his children: Nick (Kevin) Blanchard, Brad (Amy) Blanchard, and Shelley (Kelly) Kutschied; grandchildren: Nichole, Erin, Brad, Ben, Dan, and Cory; 9 great grandchildren; sister-in-law, Mary Blanchard; also by other loving family and friends.
