Carter, Dr. Thomas N. MD age 79 of Minneapolis passed away on February 6th, 2018 surrounded by love from all who knew him. His 50 years of child psychiatry and his passion for the well being of others filled his life and reached many many hearts. We will gather at the First Unitarian Society of Minneapolis on Saturday March 17th at 11:00am to honor his caring soul and share his art and poetry.
