So Sean Hannity, Rush Limbaugh, Michelle Malkin, Glenn Beck and Michele Bachmann all reported that President Obama's trip to Asia will cost $200 million a day -- a figure that officials describe as "having no basis in reality" or "just comical" ("Costly trip to Asia? Yes. $200 million a day? No.", Nov. 6). This is the kind of falsehood with which the above fivesome filled the airwaves in the run-up to the election. And now they seem to interpret the election results as a mandate to say anything they want, totally ignoring the truth. I would suggest that anyone who gets news from these sources should start doing some fact-checking and start making these people accountable for their dishonesty. Or better yet, give them the attention they deserve: None.JAMES OLSON, EDEN PRAIRIE
