Hillary Rodham Clinton will end her presidential bid at noon Eastern time today with a speech at the National Building Museum in Washington. She will thank supporters and endorse rival Barack Obama, who clinched the Democratic nomination on Tuesday. Clinton is expected to urge Democrats to unite behind Obama and help him defeat Republican John McCain in November.
