Burglary. A burglary was reported at a residence in the 12700 block of Germane Av.

AUG. 17
DWI. An 18-year-old Savage woman was arrested for DWI.
Drug activity. A 22-year-old Owatonna, Minn., woman was arrested for theft and possession of a controlled substance. A 24-year-old Owatonna man was arrested for possession of marijuana and violating an order for protection.
EAGAN
AUG. 27
Burglary. Jewelry and other items were reported stolen from a house that is for sale on the 4200 block of Wexford Way. The house has a buyer, so there were not supposed to be any showings, but the lock box is still on the front door.
Property damage. A recently replaced railing on the fishing dock was broken and forced into the water at Heine Pond Park, 1488 Diffley Road.
Suspicious activity. A black garbage bag with blood on it and duct tape over it was found by the pond on the 1100 block of Duckwood Trail. The bloody bag was taken by the police to have a crime scene investigator look at it.
Motor vehicle theft. A silver Hyundai Sonata was reported stolen from the parking lot at Cub Foods, 1940 Cliff Lake Road, after the owner lost her key in the store and discovered her car missing.
AUG. 28
Theft. Items were reported stolen from an apartment on the 4500 block of Slater Road by the resident, who discovered the items missing after he got out of jail.

Drug activity. An adult was arrested for possession of marijuana in a motor vehicle near the intersection of W. 160th St. and Galaxie Av.
Shoplifting. An adult was arrested for shoplifting at Mill's Fleet Farm, 17070 Kenrick Av.
Shoplifting. A juvenile was arrested for shoplifting at the same Fleet Farm.
Obstructing the legal process. An adult was arrested for obstructing the legal process on the 16100 block of Logarto Lane.

Disorderly conduct. An adult was arrested for disorderly conduct on the 17700 block of Kenwood Trail.
Trespassing. An adult was arrested for trespassing on the 17500 block of Gillette Way.
Burglary. An adult was arrested for burglary in the 17200 block of North Creek Drive.

Drug activity. A 21-year-old Apple Valley man was arrested for possession of a controlled substance near the intersection of W. 160th Street and Dakota Lane.

Contempt of court. An 18-year-old Dubuque, Iowa, man was arrested for contempt of court in the 13900 block of Broughshane Av.
