Crashes on southbound 35E at County Road 96 and westbound 94 at Hwy. 61 have cleared, and as a result traffic is almost back to normal. That's cut drive times down considerably.
Westbound 94 commuters will find minor congestion from Mounds Blvd. into downtown St. Paul, but nothing you can't handle.
Northbound 35W is moving well from Crosstown to downtown Minneapolis despite a crash on the left shoulder at 50th Street.
And the bottleneck on southbound Hwy. 100 has loosened now that a wreck at Cedar Lake Road has been cleaned up.
