Refreezing on mainline highways and freeways and a few strategic placed crashes has gummed up the morning commute for many drivers. That has led to drive times that we normally see during snow storms.

Westbound 94 has been a parking lot most of the morning, and is at the present. The bumper to bumper conditons is making for an hour drive from Keats Av. to Hwy. 280.

Southbound 494 is another problematic route with 30 minutes needed from 94/494 down to the Crosstown. Earlier spin outs and a rollover contribued to the congestion.

A fresh crash is snarling traffic on southbound 35W at Hwy .280.

In Eden Prairie, drivers on eastbound Hwy. 212 are not enjoying the drive at all. It's 45 minutes from Hwy. 101 to Hwy. 169. A crash has been blocking lanes at Shady Oak Road for nearly 1 hour.
