That pesky stall on southbound 494 at 49th Avenue has been there for about 30 minutes. Even though it's on the right shoulder, passing motorists are slowing to take a look. It's packed from I-694 past the scene.
We've also got a stall on the right shoulder of northbound Hwy. 100 at Glenwood Avenue.
