MARCH 22

Drugs. A 28-year-old man was found passed out behind the wheel of a vehicle parked at Central Avenue and 125th Avenue NE. He was arrested for possession of methamphetamine.

EAGAN

APRIL 9

Suspicious activity. An officer was waved down to check a suspicious vehicle on Thomas Center Drive near Cliff Road with what appeared to be a foot sticking out of the trunk. The foot was fake, and a 70-year-old man told the officer that his wife was famous for such antics. They agreed it would be best to leave the fake foot in the trunk.

EDINA

MARCH 25

Theft. A 42-year-old Brooklyn Park woman was arrested for theft, obstructing the legal process and driving after suspension after stealing meat valued at $915 from Lunds & Byerlys, 7171 France Av. S. Also arrested were a 29-year-old Minneapolis woman for theft and obstructing the legal process and a 57-year-old Minneapolis woman for theft.

FRIDLEY

MARCH 22

Theft. An officer responded to a report of a stolen vehicle in the parking lot at Walmart, 8450 University Av. NE. When the officer arrived, a 30-year-old woman said that she had found her vehicle after forgetting where she had parked it.

MARCH 25

Check welfare. Officers responded to a report of two young children playing in the street in the 6500 block of Channel Road NE. They spoke to the children's mother and warned her of the dangers of her children left unattended.

GRANT

MARCH 18

Suspicious person. A man in a ski mask was reported near 69th Street and Lake Elmo Avenue. Authorities found the man, who said he and his wife were in the area housesitting. He said he had decided to go out for a run, but returned home after noticing people staring at him.

LAUDERDALE

MARCH 22

Warrant. Police spotted three people sleeping in a parked vehicle in the 1600 block of Carl Street. They arrested one of the occupants, a 31-year-old man, on a Stearns County warrant and for giving false information to police.

MAHTOMEDI

MARCH 21

Suspicious activity. Authorities received a report of two people arguing for nearly an hour in a car parked at a gas pump at the BP station, 3122 Century Av. The car was gone by the time they arrived.

MAPLE GROVE

MARCH 23

Weapon. An officer responded to a weapons complaint at Dave & Buster's, 11780 Fountains Way. A 33-year-old man inside the restaurant was wearing a holstered handgun and had a valid permit to do so.

NEW BRIGHTON

MARCH 20

Property damage. About $2,000 worth of paint damage to a vehicle was reported in the 500 block of 5th Avenue.

MARCH 22

Burglary. Two men were arrested for possession of burglary tools by officers responding to a report of a theft in progress in the 1300 block of 7th Street. One of the men was wanted on a warrant.
