The perks: 24-hour concierge, chef's exhibition kitchen, fitness center, art studio, movie theater, bistro, day spa, library, Internet lounge, game room, nine-hole putting green.
Cost: Rents start at $1,785 to $2,575 a month for one- and two-bedroom independent living apartments.
Occupancy: 50 percent reserved or occupied.
