Mandt, Orven Age 88 of Bloomington, born March 22, 1927 in Deer Park, MN to Osmund & Ella Mandt, passed away August 29, 2015. Orven served in the U.S. Navy during WWII. Orven will be dearly missed by his loving wife of 63 years, Norma; daughter, Candace; grandchildren, Dan (Megan) and Kelsey Ketelsleger and many other family and friends. A private family service will be held. Orven will be laid to rest at Ft. Snelling National Cemetery. Memorials may be made to Presbyterian Homes of Bloomington or Founders Ridge. Henry W.
