Taborn, Dr. John Marvin age 79, of Golden Valley. Son of John Livingston and Bertha (Allen) Taborn, passed away peacefully surrounded by family on August 28, 2015. He is survived by his wife of 51 years, Marjorie Campbell; his 2 sons, Dr. John Gregory and Craig Marvin Taborn, and his sister, Dr. Joyce Taborn Jackson. Dr. Taborn was a psychologist, a retired associate professor at the U of M, and Captain in the US Navy. Funeral service 11 AM Tuesday, Sept. 1, with visitation starting at 10 AM at St. Peter's AME, 401 E. 41st St., Mpls. Interment Lakewood Cemetery.
