Bingham, Donald B. Age 85, of Norwood Young America, died peacefully at his home on Thursday, August 20, 2015. Funeral service, Saturday, August 29, 2015 at 11 am Visitation one hour prior. Officiating service Rev. Eric Aune. All Saints Lutheran Church, 511 Merger St. Norwood Young America, MN 55368. Donald was born Feb. 24, 1930. The son of Burton Bingham and Lillie (Radloff) Bingham. He graduated from South High School, attended the University of Minnesota and served in the U.S. Navy. He married Betty Lou Andrews, Sept. 1, 1950 at Holy Trinity Lutheran Church in Minneapolis. Donald was a long-time member of Lyn-Lake Lions. Donald and Betty had three children; Deborah, Annette and David. They raised their family on, "the Island" in Mound on Lake Minnetonka. Donald was an Entrepreneur. He and Betty purchased two apartments buildings in Minneapolis. Donald owned the Waconia Marina and Restaurant in the 1980s. He and Betty retired to Dade City, Florida for winters. Donald is survived by his wife, Betty Lou; daughters, Deborah (Gary) Sandell, Annette (Lora Bellin) Bingham; son, David (Ranee) Bingham; grandchildren & great-grandchildren; brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Edward and Virginia Andrews; honorary daughter, Emily Toth; nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
