Nigon, Mary Age 67 of Wayzata, passed away at home on August 25th. Survived by husband Richard; children Matthew Nigon, Jennifer (Paul) Cifelli, John (Latawnie) Nigon & Mark (Lindsey) Nigon; grandchildren Caitlin, Michael, Lauren, George & Jack; sister Julia (Doug) Walter and their daughter Laura; 32 nieces and nephews and numerous great nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by parents Jack and Betty Zimmerley and brother Jim Zimmerley. Mary was a dedicated Spanish language teacher at De La Salle High School and Holy Name of Jesus Grade School. Her passion for teaching is evident by the many students who have remained in contact with her over the years. Mass of Christian Burial 12:30 PM Saturday at the Church of the Holy Name of Jesus, 155 Cty. Rd. 24, Medina. Visitation Friday 5-8 PM at Gearty-Delmore Plymouth Chapel, 15800 37th Ave N. @ Vicksburg Lane and also Saturday at Holy Name after 11:30 AM.
