Sykora, Betty Age 95, of Mpls, passed away on June 30. Born to Gaylord and Mary Bolger Jones on April 10, 1920. She graduated from U of M and worked in advertising. She married Bill Sykora and raised three children. Betty was a gifted and prolific watercolor artist, inspired by the beauty of nature. She was a true intellectual and an early feminist. Preceded in death by twin brother, Bob, and husband, Bill. Survived by children Ann, Joan and Bob; grandchildren, Brian, Rachel and Lauren; cousins, nieces, nephews, and dear friends. During her final years, she was lovingly cared for by the staff at Jones-Harrison Residence in Minneapolis. A funeral mass will be held on August 29th at Christ the King Church in Minneapolis.
