Roehrdanz, Barbro Age 76, passed away on June 28th, 2015, in Minneapolis, MN. Barbro moved to MN from Kilafors, Sweden, in 1957. She received her BA from the U of MN and taught Swedish at the American Swedish Institute for 40 years, forging lifelong friendships. She loved summers at the cabin on Big Thunder Lake in northern MN (her "Little Sweden") and particularly enjoyed swimming. She is survived by children, Charles (Rebecca), Fredrik, Alexandra (Cody), and Erik; 4 grandchildren; sister, Brith Mitchell; niece, Kristine (Roger); a great niece and many dear friends. A "celebration of life" reception will be held July 14th, 5-8 pm at The American Swedish Institute. Memorial contributions may be made to asimn.org
