Olen, Delores Vera Age 84 of Orono passed away on Saturday, June 27. Born on February 20, 1931 in Breckenridge, MN, she grew up in the Nashua/ Tintah area. After graduating from Tintah High School, she attended Wahpeton School of Science. United in marriage to George Albert Olen on July 7th, 1957, she enjoyed a long career working for US Bank and Pitney Bowes. She was member of Peace Lutheran Church in Plymouth and trusted in her Savior. Delores had a unique quality of always being interested in each person she met. Family and friends were important to her and she loved her grandchildren above all. Preceded in death by husband, George; parents, John and Edna Durner; and brother, Darwin. She is survived by daughter, Debra (Dave) Prazak; grandchildren, Seth, Caleb, Rachel and Rebekah; sisters, Jeanette (Lloyd) Keller, Joyce Riess; sister-in-law, Jeanette Sandven, and several nieces and nephews. Funeral service Friday, July 3rd, 11:00 am, at Peace Lutheran Church in Plymouth (3695 Hwy 101 North) with visitation one hour prior. There will also be visitation Thursday, July 2nd, from 5-7 pm at the David Lee Funeral Home, 1220 E Wayzata Blvd in Wayzata. Interment Lake Hazel Cemetery, Benson.
