Harrell, Dr. Teresa formerly Mpls., passed away unexpectedly Fri., June 26 in Newport News VA. She was 67. In VA, empl. by St. Leo Univ. as a Counselor/ Advisor as well as Speech. She was the Assoc. Dir. of the Int'l Student & Scholar Services at the U of M. She managed the fin. aid & sponsored student program, did counseling/ advising of Int'l students, scholars. Also affiliated with U of M Center for Human Sexuality. Prior to coming to U of M she worked at Mpls Comm. College where she was a Counselor & Dir. Upward Bound programs. As a world traveler she had many friends. We will always remember that warm smile and kind heart. Survived by 2 children, Tanu & Farouku, a special friend Tony Jackson.
