Ellingsworth, Thomas F. age 80, of New Hope, passed away peacefully with his loving wife by his side on May 29, 2015 from respiratory failure after a long courageous battle with Parkinson's. Preceded in death by his parents Fredrick and Adeline. Survived by his wife of nearly 55 years, Nancy; sister Carole (Gust) Zahariades; children Thomas M., Lori (Allen) Germscheid, Karin (Mark) Boro-wicz, Cathy (Eric) Kincheloe; grandchildren Joshua, Jennafer, Alyssa, and Alec Germscheid, Brittany (Travis) Kutzner and Blake Boro-wicz, Ella and Isaac Kincheloe; and many nieces and nephews. Tom attended Washburn High School and the University of St. Thomas. He was a loving husband and father as well as an avid athlete, outdoorsman, and Minnesota sports fan with a special love for Gopher basketball. Funeral services to be held Tuesday, June 9th, 11 AM at St. Raphael's Catholic Church of Crystal (7301 Bass Lake Road), visitation (east entrance) at 10 AM, luncheon to follow the service. In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to the National Parkinson's Foundation (parkinson.org).
