Olthoff, A. Phyllis 86, of Minneapolis, MN, died Tuesday, May 19, 2015. Memorial graveside services will be held Saturday, May 30 at 11:00 am in the Emery Community Cemetery at Emery, SD. Memorials are preferred to Sioux Falls Seminary, 2100 S. Summit Ave., Sioux Falls, SD 57105. Phyllis was preceded in death by her parents, Otto and Etta (Ruppelt) Olthoff and her foster guardians, Will and Mary (Olthoff) Harms. She is survived by cousins and friends. Phyllis was employed by the Minneapolis Public Library for 34 years as a children's librarian. She was a faithful long-time member of the Faith Baptist Church of Minneapolis.
