Lemkins, Lydia Age 93 of Fridley, passed away April 11, 2015. Lydia was preceded in death by her beloved husband Lyman. She is survived by daughter Silvia; sons John and Richard; grandchildren Richard (w/Anet), Sonia, Alexandra, and Jonah. Lydia loved gardening, fitness, and a healthy lifestyle. She and her husband Lyman worked out regularly at Lifetime Fitness well into their late 80's and even made a few cameo appearances in their 90's. They loved traveling to Europe and the southwest United States. Lydia and Lyman also had a quiet little cabin in northern Minnesota that they loved to get away to, to reflect on life and enjoy nature...But perhaps her greatest love was her love for her children and grand-children....She showered them all with love, kindness, and generosity ...Making each one feel as though they were her favorite...Her love, kindness and humor will live on in our hearts and in the hearts of those she touched...
