Brown, Sheryl Lee (Hoel) On March 26, 2015, Sheri was welcomed home to see the glory of her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. She is now reunited with loved ones who passed before her. Preceded in death by her father, Leland F. Hoel. Sheri was born at the Swedish Hospital in Minneapolis on August 14th, 1954. She attended Lincoln High School in Bloomington, MN. Sheri met her husband, Richard, in 1974 at the Cedar Falls Bible Conference, and they were married in 1977. Sheri is survived by her husband, Richard E. Brown; four children: Justin, William, Allison, and Elisabeth; mother, Joan Hoel; brother, Timothy (Kathy) Hoel and their children Jonathon, Amy, and Natalie; and in-laws, Earl & Barbara Brown. Sheri was a loving wife, mother, daughter, sister, and friend. She loved gardening, floral design, travel, reading, music, and the family dogs, which were always at her side. For eighteen years, she persevered through chronic pain and limited communication abilities as a result of a severe stroke. She never stopped loving. Sheri is missed and we look forward to the time when we will see her again. Until that time, we know our Jesus does all things well (Romans 8:28). Funeral services will be held at White Funeral Home, 14560 Pennock Avenue, Apple Valley, MN 55024 on Tuesday, March 31, 2015 at 11:00 AM with a visitation on Monday, March 30, 4-7 PM.
