Walter Midura

Midura, Walter Age 96, of Plymouth. He was born in Chicago on Sept. 8, 1918 and left this earth on March 20, 2015. "I now get to be reunited with my beautiful bride of 71 1/2 years Alexa and meet Jesus in whom I have placed my faith. My parents John and Anna Midura preceded me in death along with four brothers and two sisters. My sister Lorraine, who will be deeply missed, survives me. For a time, I will be missed by my children, Dan (Shirley), Floyd (Kay), Janet (Paul) and my grandchildren, Luke, Seth (Jess), Ali, Jared, Lindsay, Laura, Gabriel (Sarah), Josh (Jen) and Wade (Haley). I am confident each one of them knows the path to eternal life. I trust the family will lead my great-grandson Isaiah to that same faith. I was privileged to serve many young people in 'junior church' as Uncle Wally, along with Aunt Alexa, at Bethel Church in Chicago and Edgewater Baptist in Mpls for many years. I graduated from Moody Bible Institute in 1943 and worked most of my life as a tool grinder." Memorials are preferred to Maple Ridge Church or Gideon's International. Funeral service 11 AM Monday, March 30, with visitation one hour prior to service all at Maple Ridge Church, 13400 Maple Knoll Way, Maple Grove. Private interment, Hillside Cemetery.
