Sartain, Margaret C. of Mpls., passed away on Monday, March 2. During her nearly 92 years, Margaret was always vibrantly oriented toward life. She inspired others with her charm, wit, faith, gracious manner and unconditional love. She faced many tragic losses in her life with courage and hope. Among her greatest joys were her five children, Carol Peterson (Ron), Pamela Aronson (Terry), Claudia Grotberg (Tim), James Sartain (Dennis Slavin), Jeffrey Sartain (Mark Sedio); and her many beloved grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She enjoyed needlework, volunteering at Augustana Care Center and Apartments, savoring a sweet roll with coffee and being a fun and faithful friend to people of all ages. She was preceded in death by her husband, Wendell, in 1962. She will be dearly missed by her family, members of her church community and many friends. Funeral service will be held on Saturday 11 AM at Plymouth Congregational Church, 1900 Nicollet Avenue S., Minneapolis, MN, 55404. Visitation one hour prior to the service and a luncheon will follow.
