Larson, Doris E. (Linell) age 91, of St. Louis Park, died on Feb. 26, 2015. Preceded in death by loving parents, Elmer & Elvina Linell; brother, Paul Linell; son, Tom and grandson, Tommy Wipf. Survived by husband of 68 years, Roland S. Larson; children, Dan, Jane (Michael) Wipf, and Mary Lee; daughter-in-law, Sue Estlund; grandchildren, Michelle (Bill) Stimpson, Kristin (Tyler) Jackson and Maren (Ricardo) Chamorro; great-grandchildren, Clayton, Hope, Aleya & her companion dog Barkley, and Eden Jackson, Joanna and Thomas Chamorro. Doris was a beautiful woman, full of love and compassion, and so kind and gentle to all. She was wise and fun, and an ambassador for justice and love. Her faith in Jesus Christ anchored her life here in anticipation of Heaven. In their travels throughout the world, Doris and Rollie's marriage became a witness and ministry to others clarifying values and faith, counseling with couples, conducting workshops in marriage enrichment and renewing lives. In her last years when Doris couldn't fully express herself she often cried and said "These are tears of joy." Doris lived her life with thanksgiving. Service Monday, March 9, 2:00 PM, Westwood Lutheran Church, 9001 Cedar Lake Road, St. Louis Park MN 55426 with visitation one hour before service.
