Survived by his wife of 63 years, Lenore; children, Doug (Maureen) Johnson, Jane (Jos) Donders and Dick Johnson; grandchildren, Nicole (Andrew) Baltazar, Corinne Johnson, Lydia (Rahul) Goyal, Megan (Joel) Barr and Avery Johnson; great-grandchildren, Finn, Rumi and Una; sisters, Patricia Moreland and Barbara Meacham; nieces & nephews.
