Carter, Dina age 93 of Bloomington, formerly Richfield, passed away on Feb. 23, 2015. Preceded in death by husband, Robert; and grandson, Paul. Survived by children, Terry (Christine), Janet (Steve) Johnson, Nancy (Tim) Boettcher and Laura (Larry) Gust; 11 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; and other loving relatives and friends.
