Schweitzer, Lorraine M. (Kauth) age 87, of Maple Grove, MN, passed away on February 9, 2015. She was born September 28, 1927, in Loretto, MN, to Nick and Catherine Kauth. Spending time with family gave Lorraine her greatest joys. She was preceded in death by her son, Steve, her parents and her sister, Mary Ann Russell. She is survived by her husband of 67 years, James; children Cheri Gross, Cindy (Dave) Chandler, Tim (Betty) Schweitzer, Sue (Hank) Regard, and Tony (Chris) Schweitzer; grandchildren Melissa (Mike), Kyle (Marla), Kelly (Bill), Ryan (Kalie), Sara (Travis), Brian, Amanda (James), Kevin, Joe, Jennifer, Nick and Nathan; great-grandchildren Ben, Grace, Eli, and Fiona; cousin/best friend Eileen Elsen. Memorial Mass of Christian Burial will be 11 a.m. Saturday, March 7, at Ss. Peter and Paul Catholic Church in Loretto. A gathering of family and friends will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Friday, at the Iten Funeral Home, Delano, MN. Gathering will continue on Saturday from 10 to 11 a.m. in church prior to Mass.
