Snyder, Norma Josephine (Bredvick) age 92, longtime resident of NE Mpls, passed away January 29, 2015 with family at her side. She was a beloved and devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. Preceded in death by her husband of 51 years, Harry; parents, Cornelius and Oleanne Bredvick; siblings, Astrid, Rolfe, Omer and Albert; step daughter, Joyce Kelley. Survived by daughter, Marlene Hass (Eric Birkeland); grandchildren, Mark and Kristian (Penny) Hass, and Gretchen (Jeff) Doom; step grandchildren, Eric Birkeland & Lynn (Rob) Kortbein, Michael Kelley & Colleen Roberts; great-grandchildren, Maxwell, Katherine, Mairi, Charlotte & Carter; step great-grandchildren, Ana, Zachary, Eleanor, Izaak & Brooke; many nieces and nephews. Norma was born to Norwegian immigrants on an Iowa farm. She attended Waldorf College and in 1944 graduated from Fairview Hospital as a registered nurse. She was a Norwegian rosemal artist and an antique collector. She was an active member of Mt. Carmel. Norma was a beautiful person with a smile and kind word for every-one.
