Banks, Seldon age 77, of Ross Lake Township, formerly of Savage, died January 14, 2015 at his home. Retired BFI employee from the Eden Prairie Facility. A memorial gathering will be held on Sunday, February 1, 2015 at the Koop Funeral Home in Crosby from 1:00 to 3:00 pm.
