Kelley, Charles Vincent age 78, of Prior Lake, died on Wednesday, December 17, 2014 at his home surrounded by his family. Preceded in death by his parents, Paul and Viola Kelley, daughter, Julie Kelley, sisters Katherine, Joan; brothers Clair, Carrol. Survived by wife, Cathy; children, Matthew (Kim) Kelley, Bridget (Randy) Willer, Ted (Sara) Kelley and Tricia Kelley; sisters Jean, Colleen, Mary, Audrey; brothers, Mike and Greg; and nine grandchildren. Visitation will be held Monday, December 22, 2014 beginning at 11 am with a memorial mass to follow at 2 pm at Saint Michael's Church, 16311 Duluth Ave SE in Prior Lake.
