Kelly, William S., Jr. age 79 of Minnetrista. Graduate of Edina High School in 1953, football captain in 1952 and Edina High School Athletic Hall of Fame. Graduate of Carleton College in 1957 and was Football Lippert Award Winner in 1956. Enjoyed golf and was a sports enthusiast. Founder of Midwest Marketing. Preceded in death by parents, William and Mary Agnes Kelly. Survived by wife, Susan Kelly; children, Mark (Mary) Kelly, Leslie Kelly (Clay Campbell), Tom (Leanne) Kelly, Mary (Mike) Regnier, Kristine (Scott) Ruthford and Scott (Donna) Kelly; 19 grandchildren and 1 great-granddaughter; brother, Tom (Joni) Kelly; and sister, Katy (Perry) Anderson; nieces and nephews. Mass of Christian Burial Friday, December 19, 2014 at 11 AM at St. Victoria Catholic Church, 8228 Victoria Drive, Victoria (952-443-2661). Visitation will take place for 1 hour prior to the service at the church on Friday. In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to the William S. and Mary Agnes Kelly Memorial Award at Carleton College.
