Nightingale, Marilyn M. Katz age 76, passed away on September 20, 2014 in the home of Paul and Rene' Kesler after battling cancer. Born on September 15, 1938 Marilyn was the oldest of four children of Herman M. Katz and Florance M. Jensen of Kinsley, Kansas. Her siblings are Merle Katz of Arkansas, Venita Lane of Florida, and Velda Mages of Kansas (deceased). Marilyn was married for 54 years to Warren Nightingale who preceded her in death by less than 10 months. Marilyn is survived by her four children: Troy and Donna Nightingale of Lake Elmo, Minnesota; Paul and Rene' Kesler of Nyssa, Oregon; Brian and Tracy Nightingale of Minneapolis, Minnesota; and Derek and Shannon Nightingale of Ogden, Utah. She had 19 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren. Two Memorial Services in her honor will be held. One at the Nyssa LDS Stake House located at 1309 Park Avenue Nyssa, Oregon on the 10th of October at 10:00 am. Another will be held at the Crystal LDS building, 2801 Douglas Drive North, Crystal, Minnesota at 7:00 pm on Friday, October 3rd.
