He is survived by his mother, Marjorie Locke Ampulski; father, Gary (Bernadette Bisaillon) Ampulski; daughter, Arabella McSwain; sisters, Jennifer (Stephen Buterin) Ampulski and Kellyrose (Lion Mathews) Zuvuya; step-brother, Beau Bisaillon; niece and nephews, Leo, Oskar, Betty-Rose, and Simon; uncle, Larry Botsford; cousins, Laura Stokes, Brian Botsford, and Kathryn Botsford.
