Dora Kreshka Traylor

Traylor, Dora Kreshka Born August 8, 1915. Entered her Heavenly Home August 26, 2014, at the age of 99 years 28 days. Dora was born in Gardenton Manitoba, Canada. She worked for Freeman family in Caribou, MN and the Nyberg family in Kennedy, MN, before gaining employment at Munsingwear Inc. as a Sewing Line Instructor for the mens' division. She traveled all over the upper Midwest teaching mostly women how to sew different garments for Munsingwear. In 1956 she married Clark Traylor and moved to Hominy, OK where she ran the Skylark Motel. She did this until 1959 when she came back to Mpls and back to Munsingwear. She retired in 1982 after a total of 43 years of service to Munsingwear. She moved to Fort Mill S.C. where she worked for PTL Club on phones. She lived there for 19 years. In 2001 she moved to Covenant Village in Golden Valley, MN where she has spent the rest of her days. While there she worked for Billy Graham Evangelical Association leading people to the Lord over the phone. She delivered mail to residents in the Nursing Home and handed out hymnals for different worship services. She will be sorely missed by her sisters, Helen Olson of Elk River and Rose Nelson of Green Valley, AZ. She was preceded in death by her parents, 4 sisters and 6 brothers.
