Bottem, Eunice Rae age 89, of Mpls. Born in Windom, MN, passed away 8/25/14 surrounded by her family. Preceded in death by husband, Lester, only 7 days prior. Survived by son, Lea (Dorene); daughters, Christine (John) Hoogenraad and Suzanne (Tim) Chambers; grandchildren, Lea II, Jeremy, Laurie, Elisabeth and Catherine; 8 great-grandchildren; sister, Eileen Giersdorf; and brother, Steve (Polly) Lendtvedt. Eunice left home at age 18 and took psychiatric nursing at Glenwood Hills Hospital. In 1968 she began working for the Billy Graham Association until her retirement. She was an outstanding baker and cook, a Girl Scout Leader, loved to play Scrabble, Rook, piano and to sing. Memorials preferred to the church. Interment Glen Haven Memorial Gardens.
