Wagner, Kathleen R. Born January 26, 1945 in Minneapolis, MN. She died on August 21, 2014. Her mother was at her bedside. She was preceded in death by her father, Marvin R. Wagner. She is survived by her mother, Ione Wagner of Shakopee, MN; cousins, Donald G. Anderson, Thomas J. Anderson, and her very dear friend and mentor, Karen Reamer. Kathy was employed at the WCA Foundation as the Office Manager. She retired after 28 years in 2010. Kathy had a degree in Interior Design. She enjoyed using her significant artistic talents pursuing photography, calligraphy, design of artwork for The WCA Foundation, and cake decorating. She was a legendary cook. Kathy will be remembered by her friends as a generous, kind and loyal friend with a wonderful sense of humor. A Memorial Service will be held at a later date.
