Sato, Shigeo Peacefully passed away August 17, 2014 at the age of 97. He was born December 7, 1916 in Los Angeles, CA. Shigeo proudly served his country during WWII in the US Army's 442nd Regimental Combat Team. "GO FOR BROKE!" Shig received the Bronze Star for his outstanding service. He is survived by his sons, Duayne and Steven (Jo); daughter-in-law, Betty; as well as his grandsons, Steven J., Jeffrey (Courtney), and Christopher; great grandson, Leland. Shigeo was preceded in death by his loving wife of 65 years, Sue; and his two dear daughters, Ann and Lynn. The family would like to extend great gratitude to Lyngblomsten Nursing Home and Allina Hospice Care personnel for their wonderful support.
