Williams, Phyllis L. age 78, of Minneapolis. Preceded in death by her parents, Ruth and Norman Sims, and her sister, Jeniece. She is survived by her children Dawn and Todd Williams, her grandchildren and extended family. Memorial service will be held on Saturday, Oct. 14 at 11:00 AM at the Fellowship Missionary Baptist Church, 3355 North 4th Street, Minneapolis. Visitation one hour prior.
